Saturday Sewing

Cranked up the embroidery machine to applique a tea-towel to wrap up a birthday present.

Spent this afternoon and evening piecing the "Sweet Pea's Quilt" blocks ready for vliesofixing appliques and tracing some stitcheries tomorrow.

Pouring rain this weekend - excellent sewing weather.

wow, your cupcake looks very delicious , it was a great idea to wrap up the birthday gift.
I wonder how many sweet pea's Quilts did you finish in the past time ;-)))))my favorite was the one in pink, great! but I know the children like it very colorful.

Love the embroidery on the towel.....great wrapping!.....LOVE the colurs in the quilt....you have done well.....shame you have to go to work - it gets in the way of stitching time!
