Thimble Blossoms Scrappy Sampler

This quilt was made as part of a Quilt-Along on Instagram and started in June, quilted last month and had been left on the couch till I felt like stitching down the binding.  I loved making these blocks and was happy to use up some of my Bonnie and Camille stash.  I tried very hard to not repeat any fabrics.

I really like this curly quilting design.

Last week I sewed Niner blocks and sewed some blocks into rows.

One more night's sewing and the quilt top will be done.  I'm going to be very disciplined and finish off two other quilt tops before I start something new (we'll see).

Had a busy weekend:  lots of housework, gardening etc on Saturday and out for lunch with friends yesterday.  No machine sewing but there was hand sewing stitching down bindings.

Nothing nicer than a bit of hand stitching at the end of a busy day.... Your niner blocks are looking great!

The blue background is perfect for your sampler. Another lovely finish.
