The last stitches went in just as Djokovic made the winning shot.
Today my sweet little ChaCha is one year old - we had our first FaceTime chat this morning - was so lovely to see her little face light up and start waving when she recognised me. I'm making a couple of little extra things to add to her birthday present.
They should be finished in time for her party on Saturday.
Patchwork Swoon has been put aside till I finish off ChaCha's sewing. The big sections are ready to sew together, then some borders to be added and it will be done.
On Saturday I went to a baby shower in Manly - such a lovely afternoon with family and friends. I made a set of wardrobe organisers on the embroidery machine for the new baby (and his Mum).
I really like these and am sure I'll be making them again.

Piccadilly Circus is wonderful! I imagine you are very happy with it! Love the wardrobe organisers too! I've never seen these before, but they are a great idea!
Can't wait to see baby Cha cha's beautiful pressures completed.
Happy birthday to your baby girl!
Gorgeous projects Lynda and those wardrobe separators are an amazing idea and gift.
Hello Lynda,
Wasn't the tennis final great, just like your Piccadilly Circus quilt. I am sure I have the same dress pattern, remember making a little sailors dress for my first born. Happy Birthday to little Cha Cha. The baby organisors are a great idea, I did see them for sale somewhere just recently. With little ones being born all the time you will certainly make up lots of sets.
Happy sewing.
Bev.
