Love stitching these little blocks - the variegated thread (DMC99) looks a bit pale on a couple of the backgrounds but they look fine in reality.6 more sleeps until Diann (who shall remain blogless) comes to Sydney for 3 days. We are going to the Rod Stewart concert, the Diana exhibition at the Powerhouse Museum and I'm sure we'll find plenty of time for some shopping and lovely food.

Those blocks are really lovely! I like the threads...what do use as backing when you stitch? I saw Rod Stewart about 15 years ago live in Vancouver, Canada...he was awesome! You're in for a treat!!! ;o)
